Simple rules for doing business with Sarla.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Sarla.ai, including our website, early access program, buyer-seller discovery, business support and communication services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, joining early access, contacting us, or using Sarla.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. About Sarla.ai
Sarla.ai helps business users discover possible buyers, sellers, suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, traders and business opportunities. Sarla.ai may provide AI-assisted suggestions, shortlists, communication support and business information to help users take the next step.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into contracts and using business services in your jurisdiction. If you use Sarla.ai on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
4. User Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete and updated information. This may include your name, business name, contact details, category, products, location, buyer or seller requirements and other relevant business information.
5. WhatsApp, Email and Phone Communication
By sharing your contact details or joining early access, you agree that Sarla.ai may contact you through WhatsApp, email or phone regarding your enquiry, onboarding, service updates, buyer/seller matching and support. You can opt out of WhatsApp communication by replying STOP or emailing privacy@sarla.ai.
6. Buyer-Seller Matching
Sarla.ai may help introduce buyers and sellers based on the information available to us. We do not guarantee that any match will result in a transaction, contract, payment, delivery or business outcome.
Users are responsible for independently verifying business identity, product quality, certifications, compliance, pricing, delivery, payment terms and commercial suitability before entering into any transaction.
7. No Financial, Legal or Professional Advice
Information provided by Sarla.ai is for business support and discovery purposes only. It should not be treated as legal, tax, financial, regulatory, investment or professional advice.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Sarla.ai for illegal, misleading, fraudulent, harmful or abusive activities.
- Submit false business information or impersonate another person or company.
- Use Sarla.ai to spam, harass or mislead other users.
- Share prohibited, restricted or unlawful products or services.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape or misuse the platform.
9. Payments and Commercial Terms
If Sarla.ai introduces paid features, subscriptions, commissions, service fees or partner fees, those commercial terms will be shown separately before purchase or engagement. Taxes, payment terms and refunds will be governed by the specific plan or agreement.
10. Third-party Businesses and Services
Sarla.ai may display or connect you with third-party businesses, suppliers, buyers or service providers. We are not responsible for their actions, products, services, quality, pricing, delivery, compliance or payment behavior.
11. Intellectual Property
The Sarla.ai website, brand, content, design, technology and materials are owned by or licensed to Sarla.ai. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute them without permission.

13. Service Availability
Sarla.ai is currently launching soon and may be offered as an early access or beta service. Features may change, pause or discontinue without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarla.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, failed transactions, data loss or reputational harm arising from your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sarla.ai harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or business dealings with third parties.
